Totally OMN

Alex woke me up at 5:55 AM today with his snoring, and it is my first
day back at the office in Austin.

I am in no mood to have to deal with all the crazy crap that has gone
down at work since I've been out on only 5.5 hours of sleep. I tried
sleeping on the couch, but there was a giant cockroach on the floor
near the kitchen and I was too freaked out to go back to sleep after
that. K had us cancel our normal pest control regime back in March
because she thought it was making her dog sick. I don't want her dog
to get sick, but I cannot live with roaches. I will pay someone $20 to
come over here right now and find and kill that one I saw earlier.

I just wanted everyone to know

I haven't pooed since Saturday. I hate traveling.

Ok, so this isn't a complaint. I just thought I'd share a pic from our
travels. This is the Hoover Dam. It was pretty cool.

I hate the Mall

The mall here is the worst ever.  There is literally never anywhere to park when you get there, and so you spend like 20 minutes driving around looking for a space, then when you finally get inside the layout is so whacky that you have to spend another 10 minutes trying to figure out how to get from where you came in to where you really want to go.  After that there's the matter of actually getting there, which takes another 10 + minutes; this is partly because the mall is HUGE, but mostly because every single person there is walking around not paying any attention at all to where they are going.  Don't they know the unwritten law of mall navigation?!!  Don't they know they are supposed to stay to the right at all times, and not walk willy-nilly down the middle of the lane?  They're like mall-zombies - they just roam around, not looking where they're going.  They all walk sooo painfully slow; the only time they make any kind of quick movements at all is when they hurriedly dash out in front of people that are CLEARLY walking at a much faster pace than they are because they don't really feel like spending their entire freaking day at the stupid mall, and have BBQs to go to.  I didn't even mention how this particular mall is ALWAYS crowded regardless of day or time.  It's all so annoyingly time consuming - you're looking at a minimum of 1 hour just to get in the actual store you want to go to when when you factor in drive time to the mall.  It's left a bad taste in my mouth when it comes to shopping.
